WHAT IS IT?
Whipped to perfection in the Tropic kitchens, this clever cream-to-mousse formula effortlessly melts into skin for ultimate nourishment.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Using just eleven ingredients, conditioning shea and Rarabe butters are folded with apricot kernel, baobab, and organic rosehip oils to deeply moisturise and seal up any cracks.
Antioxidant-rich vitamin E and beta-carotene protect the skin from free radicals, as well as repairing and renewing dry patches.
Drizzled with coconut and vanilla extracts reminiscent of buttercream icing, moisturising your body couldn’t be more decadent.

How To Use
A little goes a long way as once it melts on the skin the oil can be spread across your skin easily.
Apply it after showering or bathing and let the butters sink in before you get dressed.
You can even use it before bed for a really intense moisturising experience. Great to slather on if you’re trying to prolong a tan, fake or real!

"I usually love Topic products but this smells of buttery popcorn and is so greasy. When I got out the shower and lathered it on it got all over my trousers when I was pulling them up. I thought the cream would melt away but once washed, there's stains on them. Throughly disappointed as now ill just need to use these bottoms for gardening. And the scent off the product is horrible. Who wants to smell like kernel of popcorn! Does it leave you skin soft yes but so not worth the hassle. Sorry Topic normally your stuffs great but this is not."

- Could you use this at the same time as the tamanu cream. As I have dry patches and not sure if I'm better on sticking to one cream
- Hi Emma :) You can absolutely use both our Whipped Body Velvet and our Tamanu Cream, you do not need to stick with one cream. You shouldn't need to layer both of these products, but you could alternate between the two as they both have different benefits for the skin. Our Tamanu Cream has been dermatologist approved for use on sensitive skin and should help to reduce inflammation and aid healing of skin if this is needed whilst rehydrating, whereas our Whipped Body Velvet combines rich butters, oils and fatty acids that can nourish and replenish moisture loss on drier areas. We hope this helps!

Whilst there is nothing particularly irritating within the Whipped Body Velvet, all of our products (excluding our Sun Stick SPF50) have been tested on skin for ages 4+. Having said that, we've had many parents who have chosen to use this product on their little ones and have given great feedback! We do hope this helps :).
