Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.

Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

"This is a lovely product but disappointingly, I only got to use it four times before the tube burst: perhaps the nozzle had been blocked, as nothing came out when I tried to squeeze some out and after a few seconds, the product burst out of the other end. I'd recommend shaking vigorously to combine the product before using it, otherwise it can come out watery and not squeezing if nothing is coming up (perhaps poke the nozzle with a needle?)."
