To switch your refill:

Tap the ZAMAC tip gently on a hard surface to loosen it.
Rinse and dry the tip, giving it a gentle polish with a bamboo bud.
Align TROPIC on the applicator with the back of your new tube.
Push until it clicks into place - and you’re ready to roll again.

Remember to recycle your used tube and lid.

How to refill:

Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.
Remove the lid from your new refill pod and insert the whole base into the case.
Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

Lovely and soothing but grainy

"I was gifted a full baby set when my little girl was born. I started the cream and loved it so much that I ordered another one from my ambassador. When I got about a third of the way through the cream it started to become quite grainy and had quite significant lumps in it. Now when I use it I have remove the grainy lumps onto the back of my hand which is a bit fiddling with a wriggly baby. The cream is lovely and soothing but it’s a shame it has this texture making the application a bit of a struggle. No other reviews say this so I may have been unlucky, hopefully my second tube is better."
