How to refill:

Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.
Remove the lid from your new refill pod and insert the whole base into the case.
Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

I'm new to retinal, how should I introduce this collection into my routine?

If you've never used a retinol or retinal product before, it's best to start slowly. This collection contains retinal in both Youth Potion and Neck Sculpt, so introduce these a few times a week to begin with, increasing frequency only as your skin becomes accustomed. If you have sensitive skin, we'd recommend a patch test first, applying a small amount to a hidden area like behind your ear or the back of your neck. If skin looks and feels normal after 24 hours, you're good to start.

This collection contains two different vitamin A derivatives, what's the difference?

Skin Dream Advanced is built around a gentler bio-retinol, derived from the blackjack flower, which helps brighten skin and soften fine lines. Youth Potion's advanced marine retinal is a next-generation Vitamin A derivative that works faster, helping rejuvenate skin by encouraging fresh new cell turnover. Both are designed to be layered together in this routine for enhanced results.

Why is sun protection especially important with this collection?
