To switch your refill:

Tap the ZAMAC tip gently on a hard surface to loosen it.
Rinse and dry the tip, giving it a gentle polish with a bamboo bud.
Align TROPIC on the applicator with the back of your new tube.
Push until it clicks into place - and you’re ready to roll again.

Remember to recycle your used tube and lid.

To recycle your ZAMAC tip please take to your local scrap metal recycler or local recycling centre.

Did You Know Confidence Is Refillable?

How to refill:

Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.
Remove the lid from your new refill pod and insert the whole base into the case.
Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

"I like the palette, neat and compact. I bought enough products so the palette was included. I wish there was a palette that didn’t need the odd shaped large pan at the bottom. I would like one just for eyeshadows as I have a couple that I keep in their cardboard boxes but they’re not very secure in those. Hiya, are the pans magnetic? And are they reuseable? Thanks, Nicola: Hi, our sleek new Colour Palette is the latest in beauty innovation. It allows you to create a fully personalised makeup look you can carry wherever you go. The reusable trays that go inside the palette are magnetic. The products actually come in aluminium pans which sit in the trays. Once your product has run out, these individual pans can be replaced with a new one and old one can be recycled!
Does the colour palette case and trays come wrapped in any plastic please?: They do not. Both the Palette case and refill trays come in cardboard packaging. Hope that helps.
