Has the formula changed? I had a tester with no obvious odour, then bought a full bottle which smells like marzipan?

Hi Charlotte, thank you for getting in touch. We haven't changed the formulation of our Elixir since we changed to COSMOS certified organic in June 2022. Our Elixir does have a marzipan like smell due to the cold pressed plum oil. We hope this helps.

I find this very heavy on my skin. I was using twice a day and I reduced the amount I was using and made sure it was rubbed in, but it was still making my skin look greasy. Two questions: 1. Could I use this product just in the evenings? Or even on alternate days? 2. I'm thinking of trying blue lagoon, will the products clash?

As this product is an oil, a little will go a long way, and if your skin does not necessarily need a lot of nourishment, we would advise reducing how frequently you are using the product to a couple of times a week in the evening only. Sometimes, it can be a case of trial and error with finding how a product will work best with your skin. You can use this product with our Pure Lagoon blemish prevention serum,just ensure you apply the Elixir oil last within your skincare routine. We hope this helps!

Hi I have always had good skin. Thanks to Tropic! But now I am in my menopause my cheeks are red and it looks like rocacia acne. Could you suggest which oil to use please? I have been advised elixir but I think super green may be better. TIA

Both our Elixir and Super Greens would be suitable to use, however, our Super Greens would be more suitable to help soothe your rosacea. Maca root, sea buckthorn and green coffee oil deliver essential fatty acids to the skin, with anti-inflammatory properties to calm and soothe. Olive squalene smooths and softens the skin and is quickly absorbed, acting as an ideal carrier for other ingredients. We hope this helps.

I have used this just a few times before going to bed and it has stained my pillowcase and washing hasn’t removed the stain. Can you recommend anything that will remove it please?

Hi can you help me with my routines…for the evening I alternate: cleanser, toner (exfoliating), fruit peel, then I never know whether to wait 10mins and apply supergreens and no moisturiser or moisturiser then supergreens? Other evenings I used cleanser, same toner, ocean dive and dream fest (can I add blue lagoon in here and when? I also have Elixir Radiance booster oil. When would I add this to my routine? For mornings: Cleanser, morning mist toner and alternate blue lagoon and berry and finish with waves moisturiser. I also get confused as to when to use smoothing cleanser and clear skies? Thanks

We advise that you do not use our moisturisers on the evening that you use Fruit Peel, as this can dilute the Fruit Peel, however, you can wait 10 minutes and then apply either our Super Greens or Elixir after using this product. Yes, you can use Pure Lagoon within your evening routine after your toner of choice, 10 minutes after using Ocean Dive. In your morning routine, you would use our Smoothing Cleanser complexion purifier followed by our Clear Skies cleansing powder. We hope this helps!
