How To Use
Spritz 2–3 pumps of your pillow mist approximately 30cm away from your pillow or duvet.
Wait a few seconds before climbing into bed to allow the botanical oils to settle.
As you lie down, take several deep, slow inhalations to fully immerse yourself in the calming lavender and chamomile blend.
Avoid applying directly onto skin or delicate fabrics and furniture.
