To switch your refill:

Tap the ZAMAC tip gently on a hard surface to loosen it.
Rinse and dry the tip, giving it a gentle polish with a bamboo bud.
Align TROPIC on the applicator with the back of your new tube.
Push until it clicks into place - and you’re ready to roll again.

Remember to recycle your used tube and lid.

To recycle your ZAMAC tip please take to your local scrap metal recycler or local recycling centre.

How to refill:

Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.
Remove the lid from your new refill pod and insert the whole base into the case.
Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

Disappointing

"I’ve long loved the festive collections from Tropic, so I’m gutted that I’m disappointed in this year’s offerings. I’m a regular customer and previously an ambassador. The scents have always played a huge part in it for me, but this and some of the others, the scent is so subtle it’s barely there! The textures are lovely as always, but they just don’t stand out to me at all. I normally have my gifting sorted easily but I’ve actually bought from other brands this time cos I just haven’t enjoyed what I’ve tried. The general theme of the gifting this year doesn’t scream festive at me either. Years ago they did the joy drums and baubles, presents that were Christmassy and fun and memorable. It just feels like the personality has gone out of it now, it’s all a bit too premium serious, This and the other collections I’ve tried this year have missed the mark for me, although I’m sure others will still love them. Sorry tropic!"
