To switch your refill:

Tap the ZAMAC tip gently on a hard surface to loosen it.
Rinse and dry the tip, giving it a gentle polish with a bamboo bud.
Align TROPIC on the applicator with the back of your new tube.
Push until it clicks into place - and you’re ready to roll again.

Remember to recycle your used tube and lid.

To recycle your ZAMAC tip please take to your local scrap metal recycler or local recycling centre.

How to refill:

Twist the cap anticlockwise to remove, then twist the ring clockwise to remove.
Remove the empty pod and twist the base fully clockwise to reset.
Remove the lid from your new refill pod and insert the whole base into the case.
Re-attach the ring, twisting anticlockwise until it clicks, and pop the cap back on.
Twist the base anticlockwise to raise the product and you're good to go.

Will this actually help with muscle soreness or tension?

Magnesium is well known for easing muscle tension, and this collection is formulated with our highest levels of it, working alongside arnica to soothe tired, overworked muscles. Many find it especially comforting after a workout or a long day on your feet.

Can I use the three products separately, or do they need to be used together?

Feel free to use them however suits you best. Ritual Release, Mineral Milk and Deep Recovery all work independently, though together they make a lovely three-step recovery ritual.

How often should I use Ritual Release?

Two to three times a week works well, giving skin time to benefit from the polish without over-exfoliating.
